  1. Very happy to see this. Now, if the 1985 Coffee House show @ UC Davis should ever show up, that would be something....

    2. It was quite something they tried to play `Sustitute` and `Smoke on the Water`several times I don`t think they finished a single song. It was a terrible concert to attend but I have had more fun talking about it afterwards than any other concert I have attended.

  2. I traveled up from SF to see this show on the eve of the invasion of Irag in the first Gulf War. While it is not on this recording I distinctly remember the Mats playing the United States Marine Corp Hymn or at least an abbreviated version of it. The next day we were at war and the song was not played at that evenings show at the Warfield in SF. Might be somewhere on this recording but it is not listed.

  3. At was at this show, I was a student then...Paul said something like "Let's the bombing begin" then the broke into the Marine Corp Hymn. It was pretty cool. I later was hanging at their tour bus and ended up snagging Slim's white Bic Lighter. Long Live The Replacments!
